Here are some tips on how to improve your skin health.

Hydrate from the Inside Out

Drinking plenty of water is essential for keeping the skin hydrated, healthy, and glowing. Water helps to flush out toxins, maintain skin elasticity, and prevent dry skin. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, and avoid dehydrating beverages such as alcohol and caffeine.

Protect Your Skin from Sun Exposure
